Ajman Chinatown is large in scale, covering an area of ​​2 square kilometers. The first phase has a total investment of US$2.049 billion, a construction area of ​​280,000 square meters, and 13 trade halls have been built. The first 8 venues are business areas, and the last 5 venues are logistics and warehousing areas. There are more than 2,100 companies settled in, of which 1,700 are Chinese companies. 90% of the sales and operations are Chinese products, and there are more than 10,000 employees. In terms of policy, except for 5% import tariffs and 5% commodity value-added tax, the company is exempt from all other taxes and fees, is not restricted by the guarantor clause, can own 100% of the company's equity, and all funds and profits can be repatriated to the country without foreign exchange restrictions. In addition, a green channel for company registration and license business is set up specifically for Chinatown. With such favorable policy support, Ajman Chinatown has developed rapidly. In 2015, it was rated as the first batch of provincial-level overseas economic and trade cooperation parks in Hunan Province, and in 2019, it was recognized by the Ministry of Commerce as the first batch of national-level international marketing service public platforms and many other honors. Today, the second phase of Ajman Chinatown is also under preparation, with a total investment of US$1.479 billion, an additional construction area of ​​500,000 square meters, and an estimated annual output value of US$8 billion.
