Shams Company Registration Type
1. FZE (Free Zone Enterprise): can have only one shareholder, which can be an individual or a corporate entity.

Shams Company Registration Document Requirements
•Individual Shareholders: Passport copies of shareholders and managers, residence visa copies and Emirates ID (for UAE residents), latest entry stamp/visit visa copies, passport-sized photos of shareholders and managers, proof of address are required.
•Corporate Shareholders: Articles of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA), Business License, Certificate of Incorporation, Board Resolution are required. All these documents must be authenticated by the UAE Embassy in the country of origin and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
